Case is not preserved

While the directory and file names in my local system have the correct case (it matches that in github) the directory name and file names were lowercased which caused the files on github to not be found.

This can be fixed with the -verifyLocalRepo option, but that shouldn't be necessary and that leads to other problems (next issue...)
