Hello. I'm facing an issue where the plugin seems to be loaded, but its UI elements are not visible.

My Environment: PhpStorm Version: 2025.2.3, Build #PS-252.26830.95 (copy from Help -> About) PHP Toolbox Version: 6.3.0 Problem: The PHP Toolbox entry is missing in Settings -> Languages & Frameworks. Logs: The idea.log file shows that the plugin is loaded successfully. There are no errors or exceptions related to de.espend.idea.php.toolbox. I found this line in the logs: INFO - #c.i.i.p.PluginManager - Loaded custom plugins: ... PHP Toolbox (6.3.0) ... What I've already tried: Restarting PhpStorm. Using File -> Invalidate Caches / Restart. Reinstalling the PHP Toolbox plugin. Disabling all other downloaded plugins (like Material Theme UI, etc.). Ensuring the Twig bundled plugin is enabled.

The issue still persists. It seems the plugin is initialized but fails to register its UI components silently. Searching in "search everywhere" gives the following:
