Does anyone succeed and make profits?

Hello... I have an important question and I need help.

I have now tried many strategies at different intervals. (cci, macd, dip_catcher, obv_pump_dump) But I keep losing money.

Does anyone succeed and make profits? I need a tip or better ... a working attitude with a working strategy.
