Taxadb is not being maintained anymore

Hi folks,

Having switched fields for my postdoc, I have no use for taxadb for the foreseeable future and unfortunately do not have the time to maintain a n unpublished tool that I don't use.

I don't exclude maintain this in the future should I work on bacteria/metagenomics again. Anyone is of course welcome to fork taxadb, but PR in this repository will not be merged.

For anyone coming across this now who needs another solution, I just wanted to note that the ETE library has similar functionality that might be useful: http://etetoolkit.org/docs/latest/tutorial/tutorial_ncbitaxonomy.html
