Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I use Overlayed with OpenKneeboard in VR (and it's amazing like that). But I have to turn my head in order to see who is talking and if they just finished then their name is no longer lit up.

Describe the solution you'd like Ability to set a time to fade the name after someone stops speaking so you can tell for 1 or 2 seconds longer after they stopped.
