Add tags on packages

Hey Hacklone, thank you for this awesome project!

I am working with many other developers and it would be very useful to tag packages as we add them (or if they are already added) to categorize and filter. So we could tag "project-specific" packages and easily show the list of available packages for that project.

Or perhaps private-bower could read from the package "keywords" and auto-build tags based on the information inside bower.json?
