Are you using antivirus other than Windows security? If so, try to disable it for the time being and test it again.

1. There is no antivirus other than windows protection.
2. According to this error code, I have already tried a lot. And edit the registry, and reinstall drivers, and look for what process the camera can be busy with.

Maybe it's the windows version? Or some updates. It costs win 10 pro. Maybe there is an option to update drivers? Under the latest OS updates.
