Hi, im also having the same problem in my server. Version 1.14.4, btw, thanks @samolego for the temp solution.

@aloksinha3110 @erwinlean Had the same problem. Solved it by using the url format mentioned here: https://github.com/akeneo/pim-community-dev/blob/master/UPGRADE.md The diference that I used mailgun instead of localhost and it worked.
