Task column help text hidden by tasks

With some numbers of tasks, the help text for the Rewards column can be overlaid by the reward icons:
Ideally this should flow downward so it remains readable, or be hidden instead of partially covered.
Leaving on hold to start with-- @Tressley, what behavior do we want here? Hide the help text, I think, but making sure!
The original intended experience was:
- User has 0 tasks in column: Content in the middle
- User has >1 tasks in column: Content at the bottom
- User has ≥3 tasks in column: Content removed
Hello, I'd like to give this a try, could you please specify one thing. When you say "User has ≥3 tasks in column: Content removed" what content is is to be removed? The rewards? Thank you
The column help text should be removed.
