Please describe the bug you encountered: Usernames do not show up in the party member list or on people’s profiles in the app. However, they are still visible in the Tavern and Guilds.

Please describe the bug you encountered: Username cannot be set. It doesn't seem to save when I press save. What should I do?

user then replied in the same email thread:

Even if you enter the user name and save it, it will be displayed as "not set". However, when I wrote to the guild, I found out my current username. I needed it to join my friend's guild, so I solved it for the time being.

note: they used A-Z and 0-9 characters only, not japanese characters.
