Category Tag for Challenge doesn't display upfront in list view

Editing the initial issue to more accurately note what still needs fixed in regards to Challenge category tags

• [ ] Challenge category tag not displaying upfront on the Challenge in the list view

• [x] Challenge category tag not displaying proper formatting (ie 'getting_organized' instead of 'Getting Organized' etc. all tags should be title case. can see this on the Challenge details screen atm)

Please describe the bug you encountered: The challenges on mobile don’t show what categories they are in (expect sometimes official ones). Nor do the categories appear as options to filter by. When I click on a challenge I can see the category but it’s always showing the same ones the website show so I assume one is inaccurate.

I think this issue covers more than just the duplicates. It also covers:

• [ ] Challenge category tag not displaying upfront on the Challenge in the list view
• [ ] Challenge category tag not displaying proper formatting (ie 'getting_organized' instead of 'Getting Organized' etc. all tags should be title case)

included those in the initial issues comment now to keep it up to date.
