Deletes Itself

I recently downloaded this extension because it is perfect for the work I do. However, whenever I download it and set the settings to what I need, it deletes itself after just a minute or so of use. This makes it completely unusable.

Any way to fix this? Anyone else having this same problem? Thank you in advance!
