Completing Asana tasks removing health

Open dzehner2 opened this issue 9 years ago • 9 comments

When I complete a tasks in Asana, the extension removes health saying "I thought that was done." This started happening after I changed an Asana task into a project, which archived the previous task and all sub-tasks.

Same issue, turning off "to-do app integration" doesn't help. Still trying to communicate with HabitRPG.

It's a known bug, unfortunately it's not quick to fix and right now we're working more on the website. I'm sorry

So, this was fixed by turning off integrations altogether? @Belphemur made a commit back in January where he just commented out all the integrations code, and I can't find any reason why. The wiki still has this as a feature.

If I remember correctly the integrations were disabled because they were broken and we didn't have the resources to fix them at the moment

@paglias Will the Asana / todo integrations be returning any time soon ?. I think integration with asana would expand the user base for sure. I find that asana is better for long term planning but I want the gamification aspect for the short term. Having such an integration would be a very nice feature.

On a separate note please remove the outdated information from the wiki, as I just spent an hour trying to get asana tasks to work with habitica, and only after landing on github and going through the code did I find out that it was commented out.

@Trevortds @shisha101 - I can update the wiki. Can you confirm whether any of the integrations are still in the code? Thanks!
