'read more' in the notes section causes large blank space to appear when switching to another task screen

to reproduce:

1. create a task with a long notes section
2. open 'read more' to view text
3. tab away to another task screen
4. swipe back to see blank space

this also happens if you don't open 'read more' and navigate away from the page.
