accepting quest invite does not clear invitation

Please describe the bug you encountered: After accepting a quest for my party, it resets and asks me to accept or reject quest again, even though I am already listed as accepted in the quest description. I click accept, it says the quest has already started, the window to accept or reject quest pops back up, over and over. This has been going on for the last few days and is not resolving after clearing my cache.

the user reports that they use their phone exclusively and doesn't access habitica on a browser.

Currently am getting multiple requests to join a quest that I've already joined and it is running.
