Habitica Offline for Android

Enables offline mode for a select number of features. Creates a de-synchronized offline state after losing internet connection, then projects expected changes across the mobile app until refreshed. On refresh, changes made while offline are submitted to the server and state is synchronized once again.

Depends on Multiplatform #1279. Currently the file delta reflects both mutliplatform changes and offline changes making it difficult to review without comparing the two branches.

Features currently enabled offline:

• Tag creation, edit, deletion
• Habit creation, edit, scoring, deletion
• Todo creation, edit, scoring, deletion
• Checkbox creation, edit, scoring, deletion
• Leveling and Death
