There's one main spelling change I'm making -- renaming @ahupowerdns to @Habbie for this repository (but not for ahupowerdns/simplesocket) because this repository changed owners so the self-references are wrong and slightly confusing.

As usual, I'm happy to drop/exclude any files/changes -- the likely candidates are Doxyfile, catch.hpp, and json.hpp.
