Improve accessibility, performances etc to get a 100% score on Lighthouse

I'd love to help with this. I've forked the repo and ran npm install. I've tried running gridsome build or build but nothing helps - am I missing a trick? consolelog.txt

Ok I ran that, and it did some more stuff, but I don't seem to be any further (see attached). consolelog2.txt

I'm on MacOS Mojave I have many setups on here, mostly for Sass, Laravel/valet development, yarn ... so not sure why this one isn't working.
