嗨，在v1.2的使用过程中，研发人员发现自定义的content-type:application/pystream被强制修改成了content-type:application/json, 这导致应用无法正常运行，附图是同一URL请求，部署JAVA Agent和未部署的区别，请帮忙确认DongTai java agent是否存在这个问题，主要是存在哪种情况下会变更，如何解决呢。
