We're putting a lot of work into complex recipes. Want to download recipes as JSON for safekeeping from the interface. Also, would want to be able to upload the same to replace in the same or another recipe.

Most of this functionality exists now in the new admin interface, so it should be simple(ish) to extend it to userland.
