Estimates are not correct for clustered tables for non-admin users

SELECT page FROM `httparchive.all.requests` WHERE date = "2023-06-01" AND type = 'scripts'

From my personal account:

It only costs 62 MB when run in either account, but difficult to have that confidence without knowing if it will result in a big bill.

Not for us. But I’d like to keep this issue open until the issue is fixed in BigQuery.

It's currently wrong for admins too.
