Tech Report: Categories screen always uses mobile number of origins

Which leads to incorrect data for desktop, and also a weird jump when increasing the number of technologies per page.

@max-ostapenko can you add a client param to the API call to show the sort order? @sarahfossheim can you update the front end when that's done?
