Tech Report: Show % of technology
We currently show the over counts of technology. It might be useful to show the % as well (or instead?)
In Technologies this should be % of all sites. In Categories this should be % of category.
We should think about how to make it clear these are different numbers. Maybe column heading is enough?
Also the Adoption chart at the bottom, should we put it in here too? But only if ALL is selected as well so it's obvious what the % is:
Maybe at least in the top labels for the latest date? Doing the whole graph and/or the tools tips might be more complicated since the total changes over time.
We have technology = 'ALL' representing all sites as a part of adoption report per each month retrospectively.
But we don't have category level adoption values retrospectively currently. Only for the last month in the categories data.
For categories I'm OK limiting this just to header so we don't need historical data.
