Bad data in technology drop-down

Excuse me if this is already a known issue or outside the scope of this report, but I noticed a number of strange "technologies" towards the end of the list.

Yeah there was a bug in the Wappalyzer detections on WPT earlier this year and it returned a bunch of junk data. I had cleaned it up at one point but that got reverted/overwritten when I added the country-level data. I'll need to add a way to filter this stuff out automatically or at the source in the technologies dataset since this data is useless everywhere, not just in the dashboard.
