Thanks @tunetheweb for the thorough review! I've addressed all of your comments to the body of the chapter and left the rest for @mel-ada as she rewrites the Intro/Conclusion.

There's just one outstanding comment from @malchata about using the CWV initials, otherwise the body is ready to go.
