Add Buttons not shown if grid has no rows (empty database in backend)

Describe the bug smart grid If the backend provides now rows, while the smart grid is setup to add rows, the add buttons don't show up.

Exemple is too complexe to show here.

Just use https://www.htmlelements.com/demos/grid/editing-add-row/ and try with emplty dataset
