Web App - Volunteer - There are two forms on the Volunteer Home page; clicking the 'submit' button on one form fires the error checking for both

In the 'Make a New Commitment' section, I selected a Disaster and clicked 'Volunteer'. However, error messages for required fields appeared in both that section and the 'Report New Data' section below:

The same happens in the 'Report New Data' section if I select a Disaster and click 'Checkin'.
