Mobile App - Registration page

This will be the screen a user will be taken to when they click "Register" on the login page. Like in the wireframe we want to have an option for a single volunteer and an organization to register. As the toggle back and forth the amount and type of questions will be different.

Single user registration: will be the same as https://crisischeckin-d.azurewebsites.net/Account/Register

Organization registration: will be the same as single user with the additional except a "type" of organization will be specified and the user creating the account is the default point of contact and admin for that account.

Back End: Once the field are filled out and the user clicks continue they will bee sent back to the login screen until they receive the email to validate their account. This requires a connection with email validation service, and addition to the user DB
