Inconsistent use of terminology on the View CheckIns page

On the View Checkins page, volunteer “commitments” are called “Volunteer Checkins”, and organization resource checkins are called “Field Reported Data”. That’s confusing.
The volunteer commits to volunteering for a specific disaster during a specific date, they then can check into or defer when that time comes, that is the "check in". Right now we only have one form and one table but we are going to separate Org. Resources check ins from field reported data see issue #500. Hope this clears up your questions, thank you.
