Inconsistent terminology between error message and field name

When the Type field is empty, the error message reads, “The Resource Type field is required.” The terminology in the message should match the field name.

These two sections were once linked and had to be separated for an exercise. They will stay separated as we add more features. We want to focus dev on features and bugs that prevent usability, then we can work on cleaning up errors like this one. Thank you.
