Task Details - Add button to assign users

When logged in as a site admin, organization admin, campaign manager or event manage, the user can view the details of a task against an event in allReady.

e.g. http://allready-d.azurewebsites.net/Admin/VolunteerTask/Details/72

From the task details page we do not have a way to assign a volunteer. We have this functionality on the task lister on the event details page. We should replicate this behaviour with the task details if possible.
