Not Recognizing the arabic numbers

Password feild error out with: When choosing your password, please ensure it is a minimum of 10 characters in length and contains at least one number. •Passwords must have at least one digit ('0'-'9'). •Passwords must have at least one lowercase ('a'-'z').

Even though the password was: ٤٥٧٨٨٩٤٥٧٨٨٩m

It either should accept these arabic/hindi numbers or clearly say that it accepts only latin/english digits.
