Make UI configurable

For instance, it doesn't make a lot of sense to show the JiveXML loader for LHCb. So we need to be able to tweak this.

One example where this would be useful is to try to use e.g. https://github.com/felixmariotto/three-mesh-ui for the VR / WebXR demo.
