JiveXML needs to handle extra hits more cleanly

Tracks now try to use hit positions in jivexml loader if they are truncated. Unfortunately this doesn't always look very good:

Should try to clean up the input, but also make this controllable by the UI. Also make extending truncated tracks with the RK controllable too.
