If 'Object Selection' is enabled, then cannot 'Choose selection' in Collections Info.

As per description. Other things in Collections Info can be selected though.

Do you mean "Choose Collection" is not available?

If yes, then this something that comes from the Angular's cdkDrag. Since it makes use of transform: translate3d();, the overlaying element also covers the position of its origin in the DOM. I have been aware of this since last year and tried to look for ways to fix it but it's not something that we can fix. :(
