Conda install phyloFlash stalls while solving environment

I am currently trying to install phyloFlash in a brand new conda environment, however, it doesn't move past the "solving environment" stage.

It hasn't moved past this stage of the installation, in all my attempts, so I am unaware of what the conflicts are. However, I am using miniconda with Conda version 23.3.1.

I have the same problem, this seems to be a common issue with conda but none of the suggested fixes work for me. I tried setting the channel priority to strict/flexible, removing the conda-forge channel and using libmamba instead of the classic solver... Was anyone able to resolve this?
