thanks for mentioning this here @albertocuestacanada ! note that we have created ERC2222 as a combination of ERC1726 and ERC1843 resulting in a superior distribution standard (combined work of ERC1726 and ERC1843 authors).

ERC2222 has been used by a number of projects and also in combination e.g. with standard "security token" interfaces such as ERC1404.

We believe that similar to the innovation that ERC20 has sparked around "plain" transferability features of tokens we should also converge on standard interfaces for advanced token features such as distribution of dividends, profits, etc. Just my two cents.
