As we have created newly attribute group tags #135, for the same the utility methods '**putSubscriptionAttributes**' and '**putEventNotificationAttributes**' needs to be added in IppPacket.kt file.

We need to update copyright information files in model folder. Preferable way would be to update genTypes script so that it can be automated.
