Sonatype reported a vulnerability in last build Sonatype report

issue pointed: CVE-2022-24329

This is due to kotlin-lib version , upgrading kotlin fixed the issue in jipp v0.7.15-beta3

As per discussion with team, we will release a new version with older kotlin version i.e. 1.5.21 as previous releases.

Future releases will done on latest version of kotlin
