Explain Metrics

As a user when I hover over a metric I want to know what the metric is about and what a high or low value means.

I also want to be informed that true negatives are problematic (Peter Christen's book, page 167).

We should add information whether higher or lower is better. We should maybe also highlight the best candidate on the n metrics page.
