Can you use a more permissive license for this project and other projects at your organisation (https://github.com/HPAC).

Thanks for your interest in TTC. What is it that you are looking for? Can you briefly summerize what you want to? In general: the liecense is choosen to enable other people to use our products for research.

No particular use as yet. What to play around and if useful may use it in a product. Cannot use GPL incase we want to use it in a product.
