[Feature] Add a search box in `Download → Game` and loader’s version list

By adding a search box to the Download - Game and loader’s version list user interface for searching for specific game versions.

Many other download functions basically have a search box, and the Manage Instance - Manage Mods user interface also has an option to expand the search box.
When I was testing some issues and PRs in this repo, I often had to look for specific game versions (including some snapshot versions). There are so many versions of the game that it can be quite time-consuming and laborious to find them.
Some game versions have a large number of loaders supporting them, and the corresponding versions are also more numerous.
If such a function could be provided, I believe it would improve the efficiency of both ordinary users and advanced users.
Oh, I searched and there were some similar issues in the repo, but they basically talked about the All Instances user interface. What I am talking about here is similar to the functionality in the Prism Launcher user interface below (the locations of the two search boxes are highlighted in yellow).
Please forgive me if I misunderstood the meaning of some issues.
