Privacy Consent

Will the Privacy Consent be moving to use of the FHIR Consent resource? It is unclear to me what the function of the cda consent profile is. Is this a whole document, or a section? If whole document what is the meaning of that document? If a whole document how does this related to the IHE BPPC profile which is a CDA based Consent?

I think a JIRA ticket would be better for this... This GitHub project is the repository for the CDA specification using FHIR tooling.

I don't know :) I just know that we only use github issues for "cda-core-2.0" to track what needs to be done to use FHIR Tooling to publish the core CDA spec.
