Recommendation for a Provenance record

This IG should recommend that when the CDA-FHIR transforms are used, that a Provenance record should be created to record for the created/updated resources (Provenance.target) that a transform action was applied by a specific agent (Provenance.agent) using specific version of the transforms (Provenance.entity), given a set of inputs (Provenance.entity)

This is just a request that the specification could recommend (should) that a Provenance record is created following specific profile rules for that Provenance. Happy to help craft that, and also happy to add that to the Provenance core specification when normative.

I think a JIRA ticket would be better for this... This GitHub project is the repository for the CDA specification using FHIR tooling.

I couldn't find a cda-core-2.0 project in jira to record this against. Has this moved to jira? or is it still gForge? ---> Hence why I put it here.
