[Bug] Add FAQ Page on Admin panel throwing Error

Describe the bug Seems like the path defined in add faq card is wrong as it doesn't show the add faq page.

Reproduction Step

  • login to admin panel
  • go to manage faq and Q&A
  • click on add new FAQ

@Kajol-Kumari i have checked that the path is correct but there are issue with react input tags. i have commented some part of code and add faq page are showing

@shivamgaur99 can you fix this tag input? take reference from other piece of code like addteamMember form where the tag is getting used
