Describe the bug The input text fields should be properly aligned in the form

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Navigate to the form section. Observe the alignment of the input text fields.

Expected behavior Input text fields should align seamlessly with other elements in the form for a cohesive layout.
