[Bug] HTML Content Not Rendering Properly in Manage Broadcast Cards

Describe the bug

Currently, we are using SunEditor for managing broadcast content, allowing users to create rich text with HTML formatting. However, when displaying this content across multiple broadcast cards, the HTML tags are visible instead of rendering as formatted content. This issue aims to implement a solution that renders HTML content properly within the broadcast cards.

To Reproduce

1. add or update broadcast

Expected behavior Users will see broadcast content displayed as intended, with formatted text, images, links, and other HTML elements.
