120 days loans

As Bitfinex now allows to create a loan with 120 days duration, I've added support for choosing the rate which you want to create your loan with 120 days duration (in addition to the existing 30 days).

I've also changed the config file to load user information from a json file, instead of hard coding it into the config.php file.
