[Experimantal] Support popover from hover-editor internal api

Hi, emile, I add a feature to allow people open a popover iframe by using hover-editor api. I think it is interesting enough to add this as a experimantal feature. Like the video below.

I named the feature as an experimantal feature until NothingIsLost exposes an official API for hover editor. And I will pr again to make it more official.
