add note about semicolon

I won't merge this as-is, the note is too confusing, and not in the right place. Also, all examples show it with a semicolon, so I'm not sure why it is to be assumed otherwise.

well it's just to make sure that it is not assumed thought. Because for proper CSS one can omit the semicolon.

Probably at the end, under limitations, as it's probably a cytoscape css implementation limitation.
